Terms governing online orders, Cash on Delivery verification, and deliveries at The Auraya.
1. Order Confirmation & Verification
Orders placed on our website are subject to phone or WhatsApp verification. Once an order is placed:
- Our team may call or WhatsApp you to confirm your address and size details.
- Unverified or unreachable phone numbers may result in dispatch delays or cancellation.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms
For Cash on Delivery parcels:
- Please have the exact cash amount ready when the courier rider arrives at your doorstep.
- According to courier rules in Pakistan, parcels cannot be opened before payment to the rider. Once paid, if there is any issue, our 7-day exchange policy protects you 100%.
3. Product Colors & Fabrics
We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to device screen settings and studio lighting.
